Summary: Location was fantastic. Beds were very comfortable. We had a window view of the city and river. The toilets are separate from the room but located right outside and they provide house shoes which is nice. My only complaint was the showers- they clearly needed to be serviced, it’s important to know for women that they do not have women only shower rooms and every toilet and shower room is all gender. Some shower stalls did not have doors or locks. There was obvious mold on the ceiling, walls and within the silicone sealant which was gross. There was also fabric shower curtains which smelled and who knows how often those get changed or washed- it was cheap. The way the bathroom is built it is very easy for water to get everywhere and often there was water all over the floor. Another thing to note is the hotel is located right above a lot of popular bars. There was loud noise until 2-3 in the morning. We didn’t mind this but it may be an issue for some. In all I’d give 3/5 stars because of the severity of the bathroom situation. The late night noise was neutral for us. Our rooms and beds were clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and spoke fluent English. We were able to store our bags at the desk before check in.
